Deployable Farm Surveyer
Problem

The problem on real farms today

Farmers are under pressure to do more with less, but most tools and systems haven't caught up with reality in the field.

Old tools, new losses

Wrenches, sockets and hand tools haven't changed in decades. Over-torque, loose bolts and unnoticed stress create breakdowns, downtime and hidden costs.

Fertilizer is a blind spend

Fertilizer is one of the biggest line items on the farm, yet most decisions are still made with guesswork instead of real soil data.

Organic certification is a paperwork nightmare

Going organic or regenerative can unlock better prices – but the process is slow, manual and buried in spreadsheets, binders and inspector visits.

Systems don't talk to each other

Big ag platforms track tractors and satellites, not the day-to-day work happening at the wrench, bolt and soil level where most decisions are actually made.

How RenchBear Rapid works

From wrench, to data, to decisions in four simple steps.

01

Measure

Use the RenchBear Rapid smart wrench while tightening, checking equipment, or probing the soil. Built-in sensors capture torque, vibration, temperature and soil conditions.

02

Sync

The wrench connects to the RenchBear app via Bluetooth. Every reading is securely logged, tagged to the field, machine, and job.

03

Analyze

Our intelligent software engine turns raw readings into insights: stress on equipment, soil trends, fertilizer needs, and compliance risks, without you touching a spreadsheet.

04

Act

Get clear recommendations: adjust torque, change timing, tune fertilizer plans, prepare for audits, and keep everything on the farm one step ahead.

Works

Built for real farmers, not lab demos.

Hardware and intelligent software, designed around how work actually happens in the field.

Multi-sensor smart wrench

Torque, vibration and soil-ready sensor options in one rugged tool, so every turn of the wrench can tell you something useful.

Field-ready and farmer-proof

Fertilizer is one of the biggest line items on the farm, yet most decisions are still made with guesswork instead of real soil data.

Farm Intelligence OS

A clean, visual app dashboard that shows what's happening with your equipment and your soil – no manuals, no IT team required.

Smart fertilizer planning

Use your own data to drive personalized fertilizer plans, reduce waste, and focus spending where the field actually needs it.

Organic-ready logs

Automatic activity and soil records that support organic and regenerative certification instead of creating more paperwork.

Works even with bad signal

Designed to keep logging and guiding you in low-connectivity fields, then sync when you're back in range.

Farming OS

Combine over Farmland

The RenchBear app is your farm's command center: every torque event, soil reading and field check in one place.

RenchBear Farming OS connects your tools to your decisions. See live sensor data, review field history, track equipment stress and export clean reports for your agronomist, mechanic or certifier – all from your phone.

  • Live dashboard for soil, torque and equipment health

  • Field and machine history at a glance

  • Alerts when something looks off or at risk

  • Maintenance and inspection logs auto-tracked

  • Exportable records for audits and advisers

  • Built to be simple enough for everyone on the crew

FarmingOS

Smart fertilizer,
personalized by your fields.

Your own data should drive your fertilizer plans rather than a generic spreadsheet.

RenchBear uses the readings from your fields, soil moisture, temperature compaction, crop context, in order to design fertilizer strategies that match your ground, season and goals. Less guessing, more impact.

OrganicCert

Designed for the future of organic and regenerative certification

RenchBear turns everyday work into a digital paper trail that makes audits and certification easier

Organic and regenerative programs demand proof of what you used, where you used it, and how your soil and practices are changing over time. RenchBear helps you build that proof automatically, in the background, while you work:

Automatic logs of torque events, checks, and field work

Soil trends over time, tied to fields and crops

Simple records you can exports for inspectors and certifiers

Early alerts if something risks your organic status

Compliance Readiness

Equipment & maintenance logs

Soil history

Inputs tagged and documented

EarlyAccess

Join the RenchBear Early Access Program

We're inviting a small group of forward-thinking farms, mechanics and agronomists to help shape the future of smart tools and fertilizer.

Early Access members get priority on hardware, direct contact with our team, and a voice in how RenchBear grows. In return, we ask for honest feedback from real work in the field.

We're looking for 50 alpha pilot farms or test sites to join our early access program.
